Pablo is a structural forensic engineering specialist and project manager with over 17 years of work experience in engineering consulting within the mining, nuclear, oil and gas, cement and institutional industries. Pablo has investigated numerous claims involving structural failures, damage/impacts to buildings and bridges, fires, dynamic demands, inadequate design specifications or construction procedures, deterioration of concrete/steel structures, foundation deficiencies, and soil-foundation interaction issues, to name a few.
Pablo has successfully led the emergency response, remediation, repair, and reconstruction efforts to reinstate the pre-loss condition of numerous structures and has authored dozens of expert reports for clients in the legal and insurance industries. In addition, he has delivered numerous high quality detailed structural designs and provided innovative solutions to restore damaged or deteriorated structures.
