30 Forensic Engineering, Canada’s leading and fully-independent multi-disciplinary forensics firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of Derek Gibson P.Eng as Senior Associate within the Civil/Structural Group.
Derek brings over twenty years of experience to 30 Forensic Engineering in building condition assessments, failure analysis of building systems, building code compliance audits, investigation and rehabilitation of building enclosure systems, and structural evaluations of damaged properties. He has engaged in hundreds of forensic investigations and his wealth of experience in building condition assessments has been vital to establishing the condition of building envelopes, interior finishes, and structural and exterior architectural building features. Derek has also acted as a private sector liaison regarding building structures for the Fire Department personnel during active fire suppression events.
