Our Associates perform on-site investigations to determine origin and cause of complex losses. Their process: examine and collect evidence, take on-site photos, interview witnesses, conduct testing in our lab and analyze data to produce technical reports that are clear and concise.

Ms. Saleh is a member of the Civil/Structural Group and specializes in Building Science. Emily started her career in the building restoration industry reviewing and repairing commercial and residential buildings. During her time in the forensics industry, she has investigated files related to water infiltration, concrete deterioration, fire damage, membrane failures, poor construction and structural damage. She has also investigated design defects/damage related to roofing systems, window walls, curtain walls, masonry, EIFS and various wall assemblies. She is certi fied in Infrared Thermography—Buildings Level I and is currently working towards obtaining the BSSO designation. Emily achieved her P.Eng. designation in early 2017.
