Mr. Tykhomyrov is an associate with the Fire and Electrical Investigation Group at -30- Forensic Engineering. He graduated from The East Ukrainian National University and passed the FESTI Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator program in 2021. Since beginning his work as a forensic investigator in 2018, Maksym has been involved in more than 200 electrical and fire  investigations, primarily involving electrical failures. Mr. Tykhomyrov is a certified Fire and Explosion Investigator (CFEI) and a licensed Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario.
