Kirsten Hoedlmoser Published in Claims Canada!

Giffin Koerth’s Kirsten Hoedlmoser has been published in the latest issue of Claims Canada. The article, entitled “Challenges in Fire Damage Assessment and Remediation: Forensic Engineering Perspectives” (20-21) appears in the April/May issue of Claims Canada, and discusses the complex world of assessing and remediating fire damage.

Kirsten addresses the fundamental question: How can the environmental aspects of a fire claim be best managed in the absence of universally accepted best practices? An important step in assessing fire damage from an environmental perspective is understanding the impact of potentially hazardous fire residue. The right expertise and experience are extremely important in these murky waters.

Kirsten is a Chemical and Environmental Engineer, and an Intermediate Associate with Giffin Koerth. To learn more about Giffin Koerth’s Environmental Engineering service offering, click here.
