Russell Brownlee Presents at The Transportation Research Board’s 95th Annual Meeting

Principal of the Road Safety Group at Giffin Koerth, Russell Brownlee, has been asked to speak at The Transportation Research Board (TRB) 95th Annual Meeting, being held in Washington, D.C. From January 10th-14th. Almost 12,000 transportation professionals gathered to attend educational sessions, workshops and presentations.

Russell Brownlee spoke at the session entitled Highway Safety Update: State of The Practice and HSM Version 2.0, a program co-sponsored by the Tort Liability & Risk Management Committee and the Highway Safety Performance Committee. Russell gave his perspective on the Expert Witness Practitioner Perspective on the Highway Safety Manual 2.0, and was joined by fellow road experts who covered the tools for evaluating highway safety, as well as the Highway Safety Manual 2.0. Giffin Koerth is proud that Russell has represented the Road Safety Group to such a large and well respected group of professionals from around the globe.

Russell Brownlee, B.Sc., M.A.Sc., FITE, P.Eng, is one of Canada’s foremost road and transportation safety experts. Russell’s much published experience includes work for municipalities, transportation consultants and forensic engineers.
