The Civil/Structural Failure group focuses on three areas: structural analysis and remediation; building science; and the application of building and fire codes.

Our clients come from a broad range of sectors, including insurance, law, local government, and the private market. We’re most often called upon to provide investigations of structural integrity, building science, and compliance with building and fire codes. In addition, we provide engineering consulting services during project remediation or rehabilitation, along with a range of complementary services, including:

  • engineered design drawings;
  • application and submittal of building permits;
  • expert litigation services; and
  • detailed reports.

A highly motivated multidisciplinary team of experienced professionals, our field experience combined with our real-world knowledge are our greatest assets. Applying this experience and knowledge, we provide analysis of simple and complex structures.

We provide consulting services to architectural and engineering design firms, on-site quality control services during the construction/remediation process, and industry consulting services related to design and code compliance.
